§ 390.9. Rules and regulations
Currentness
The authority shall have the right to adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this act in accordance with the provisions of the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L. 769, No. 240), known as the “Commonwealth Documents Law.”1
