§ 1756. Refusal to allow inspection
Any person, upon arrest and conviction before a magistrate or justice of the peace for refusing to allow his scales, weights and measures to be inspected, shall be fined ten dollars and costs of court, or be sentenced to imprisonment for a period of not more than ten days.
