§ 372.2. Construction
Currentness
This act shall be liberally construed in order to effect the legislative and public purposes of sections 21 and 2.12 of this act. The terms “finance” and “financing,” as used in this act, shall be given the broadest possible interpretation and shall include, but not be limited to, refinance and refinancing.
