§ 261. Legislative purpose; short title
Currentness
This act1 is enacted by the General Assembly in the exercise of the police power of the Commonwealth for the protection of consumers and purchasers for resale, wherever located, in the purchase for fuel purposes of the hard coal known as anthracite. This act shall be known and may be cited as the Anthracite Standards Law.
