§ 2190. Enforcement
(a) Unfair trade practice.--A violation of any provision of this act shall be deemed to be a violation of the act of December 17, 1968 (P.L. 1224, No. 387), known as the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.1
(b) Criminal offense.--Any person who violates section 8(c)2 commits a felony of the third degree.
