§ 5. Certain patients may be charged for treatment
The trustees of said hospital may, from time to time, charge any patient, other than those of the classes named in section three of this act,1 an amount sufficient to cover the cost of treatment: Provided however, That paying patients shall not be admitted to said hospital to the exclusion of the classes named in said section three of this act.
