§ 2017. Violations; penalty
Any person who wilfully and intentionally violates, or shall direct or consent to the violation of any provision of this act, or who knowingly provides any false information to the Attorney General, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
