§ 169. Definitions
Currentness
As used in this act:
(1) The term “contiguous state” shall mean any state having a common border with Pennsylvania.
(2) All other terms herein shall be given the meaning prescribed in Public Law 91-452, known as the “Organized Crime Control Act of 1970.”1
