§ 400.5107. Repeals
Currentness
(a) The following acts and parts of acts are repealed:
Act of July 2, 1984 (P.L. 545, No. 109),1 known as the Capital Loan Fund Act.
Act of July 2, 1984 (P.L. 568, No. 113),2 known as the Employee-Ownership Assistance Program Act.
Chapter 1 of the act of July 1, 1985 (P.L. 120, No. 32),3 known as the Sunny Day Fund Act.
Section 709 of the act of July 6, 1989 (P.L. 169, No. 32),4 known as the Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act.
(b) The following acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with this act:
The second sentence of section 5.2(a) and section 13.1 of the act of May 17, 1956 (1955 P.L. 1609, No. 537),5 known as the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Act.
Section 10 of the act of December 20, 1985 (P.L. 492, No. 116),6 known as the Customized Job Training Act.
Section 702(h) of the act of May 19, 1995 (P.L. 4, No. 2),7 known as the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
Chapter 7 of the act of June 27, 1996 (P.L. 403, No. 58),8 known as the Community and Economic Development Enhancement Act.
