§ 630.3. Implementation
The Secretary of Health shall cause hepatitis B to be placed on the list of diseases that require immunization for entry into school after August 1, 1997, consistent with the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
