§ 1822. Penalty for violation
Any manufacturer or dealer in said black blasting powder, making or selling, or causing to be made or sold, any keg, half-keg or quarter-keg of said black blasting powder containing less weight of said powder than specified in this act, or which keg shall not be stamped as required in section one of this act,1 shall be subject to a penalty of five dollars for each and every keg, half-keg or quarter-keg, manufactured or sold, which does not contain the respective weights of black blasting powder set forth in the foregoing section.
