§ 5701.2702. Disbursement to counties
(a) Counties.--If a county maintains or financially supports an action at law or in equity against a participating manufacturer for a released claim, no money available as a result of the Master Settlement Agreement shall be disbursed to any entity within the county until the action is withdrawn or dismissed.
(b) Other political subdivisions.--If a political subdivision other than a county maintains or financially supports an action at law or in equity against a participating manufacturer for a released claim, no money available as a result of the Master Settlement Agreement shall be disbursed to any entity in the county in which the political subdivision is located until the action is withdrawn or dismissed.
