73 P.S. § 500-501
§ 500-501. Penalties
Any person who shall wilfully violate any provision of this act, except section 406,1 or shall direct or consent to such violation, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) for the first offense; and for each subsequent offense a like fine or suffer imprisonment not to exceed one year, or both, in the discretion of the court. Violation of any order, decree or injunction issued pursuant to the provisions of this act shall institute prima facie proof of a violation of this section.
