§ 400.3108. Annual report
Currentness
The agency shall include the total number of students participating in this program and any data relevant thereto within its annual report as currently required by section 9 of the act of June 23, 1999 (P.L. 159, No. 22),1 known as the New Economy Technology Scholarship Act.
