§ 6029.106.4. Revocation
Currentness
The department may suspend, revoke or deny any authorization issued under this act for a specified length of time to be determined by the department for:
(1) Failure to maintain a complete and accurate record of waste tires transported.
(2) Alteration of recordkeeping documents.
(3) Failure to comply with any rule or regulation established by the department under this act or the act of July 7, 1980 (P.L.380, No.97),1 known as the Solid Waste Management Act.
