§ 500-502. Remedy by injunction; civil penalty
(a) The Attorney General or the district attorney of any county may bring an action in the name of the Commonwealth to restrain or prevent any violation of this act or any continuance of any such violation.
(b) Any person who violates any order or decree entered, or injunction issued, pursuant to subsection (a) hereof, shall be liable to forfeit and pay a civil penalty of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), in the discretion of the court, to be recovered as judgments are now by law recovered.
(c) Any penalty directed to be paid under the provisions of this section shall be in addition to any penalty which may be imposed under the provisions of section 501 hereof.1
