§ 500-405. Violation of agent imputed to principal
Any violation of any of the provisions of this act upon the part of any director, manager, partner, officer, salesman, agent or employe of a contractor or financing agency shall be deemed a violation of such contractor or financing agency, unless it shall appear that the individuals engaged in the management of the contractor or financing agency had no knowledge of the wrongful conduct, or were unable to prevent the violation.
