§ 323. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Board.” The Pennsylvania Business Resource Center Advisory Board.
“Center.” The Pennsylvania Business Resource Center.
“Department.” The Department of Commerce of the Commonwealth.1
