§ 1606. Violation; penalty
Whoever violates section 2 of this act1 prohibiting a withdrawing bidder from supplying any labor or material or performing any subcontract for any person performing work on the construction project without the approval of the contracting body is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) or undergo imprisonment for not less than one nor more than two years, or both.
