§ 209-6. Penalty
Any person who violates any provisions of this act shall, upon summary conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100) and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment not exceeding thirty days. Each sale, or offer to sell, merchandise or products in violation of the provisions of this act shall be deemed a separate offense.
