§ 755.5. Powers and duties of the Environmental Hearing Board
The Environmental Hearing Board shall have the power and its duties shall be to hear and determine all appeals from actions of the department taken in accordance with the provisions of this act. Any and all actions taken by the Environmental Hearing Board with reference to any such appeal shall be in the form of an adjudication, and all such actions shall be subject to the provisions of the act of June 4, 1945 (P.L. 1388, No. 442), known as the “Administrative Agency Law.”1
