§ 412. Qualification as tourist attraction
A licensed limited winery, as defined in the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L. 90, No. 21), known as the Liquor Code,1 shall be deemed a “tourist attraction” for the purposes of this act if it meets all of the following criteria:
