§ 6024.701. Unlawful conduct
Currentness
It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1) Violate any provision of this act.
(2) Tender for sale to a wholesaler or retailer any package, packaging component or packaged product in violation of this act.
(3) Furnish a certificate under section 3031 when the package or packaging component does not comply with section 301.2
