§ 6018.614. Forfeiture of contraband
Any vehicle, equipment, or conveyance used for the transportation or disposal of hazardous waste in the commission of an offense under section 6061 shall be deemed contraband and shall be seized and forfeited to the department. The provisions of law relating to the seizure, summary and judicial forfeiture, and condemnation of intoxicating liquor shall apply to seizures and forfeitures under the provisions of this section.2
