§ 1799.2-E. Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board procedure
Currentness
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 305 of the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L. 90, No. 21),1 known as the Liquor Code, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board may implement a procedure for processing special orders which do not come to rest at a store by June 1, 2017.
