§ 680b. Revocation or suspension of permit
Any permit granted by the department, as provided in this act, shall be revocable or subject to suspension at any time if the department shall determine that the bathing or swimming place or pool is or has been conducted in a manner unsanitary, unclean, promoting immorality or is dangerous to the public health.
