§ 6026.908. Repeals
Currentness
(a) Absolute.--Section 504(b) through (d) of the act of October 18, 1988 (P.L. 756, No. 108),1 known as the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act, are repealed.
(b) General.--All other acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with this act and related to environmental remediation.
