§ 780-126. Cooperation with other authorities
Currentness
The agencies charged with the enforcement of this act shall actively cooperate and coordinate with the agencies charged with the enforcement of all Federal and State laws relating to the regulation of the distribution of controlled substances, other drugs, devices or cosmetics.
