§ 67.3102. Repeals
Currentness
Repeals are as follows:
(1) The General Assembly declares as follows:
(i) The repeal under paragraph (2)(i) is necessary to effectuate Chapter 17.1
(ii) The repeals under paragraph (2)(ii) and (iii) are necessary to effectuate this act.
(2) The following acts and parts of acts are repealed:
(i) Section 11042 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929.
(ii) The act of June 21, 1957 (P.L. 390, No. 212),3 referred to as the Right-to-Know Law.
(iii) 62 Pa.C.S. § 106.
