§ 1803. Motor vehicle registration
Currentness
No motor vehicle shall be registered in the name of any alien, nor shall any license to operate a motor vehicle be issued to any alien except those exempted under the provisions of section one of this act,1 unless such alien shall exhibit an alien identification card for the current registration period.
