§ 630.2. Statewide program
The Department of Health shall establish a Statewide program for the prevention of hepatitis B through immunization of children consistent with the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
