§ 1381. Elevators must be equipped with automatic locking device
All elevators that are now in use or that may hereafter be erected in the State for the carriage of passengers are required to have placed thereon or attached thereto an automatic locking device, electro mechanical or mechanical, such device or devices to be approved by the Department of Labor and Industry.
