§ 812-I. Coordination with other agencies
Currentness
Consistent with its authority as the only Commonwealth agency responsible for the Medical Assistance Program, the department may delegate responsibility to perform functions and activities required to implement the assessment authorized under this article to other Commonwealth departments and agencies under sections 501 and 502 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175),1 known as The Administrative Code of 1929.
