§ 6021.2104. Repeals
The following acts and parts of acts are repealed to the extent specified:
Act of June 8, 1911 (P.L. 705, No. 281),1 entitled “An act creating the office of Fire Marshal, to be attached to the Department of Public Safety in cities of the first class; prescribing his duties and powers; and providing penalties for violations of the provisions of the act; and providing for the method of appointment, compensation, and for the maintenance of his office,” insofar as it is inconsistent with this act.
Act of April 27, 1927 (P.L. 450, No. 291),2 referred to as the State Fire Marshal Law, insofar as the State Fire Marshal and the Pennsylvania State Police are authorized to adopt and enforce rules and regulations governing the use, storage and sale and retention of gasoline, naphthalene, kerosene, fuel oil or other substances of like character, only to the extent that said act, rules and regulations are inconsistent with the provisions of this act.
Act of July 28, 1953 (P.L. 723, No. 230),3 known as the Second Class County Code, insofar as it is inconsistent with this act.
Act of November 26, 1978 (P.L. 1300, No. 314),4 known as the Underground Storage Act, insofar as it is inconsistent with this act.
