§ 6026.306. Local land development controls
Currentness
This act shall not affect the ability of local governments to regulate land development under the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L. 805, No. 247),1 known as the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. The use of the identified property and any deed restrictions used as part of a remediation plan shall comply with local land development controls adopted under the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
