§ 353. Penalty
Currentness
Any superintendent or other person in charge of any such hospital, or other place where maternity cases are handled, violating any of the provisions of this act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
