Any Authority, created under the provisions of this act, shall carry on its corporate functions until such time as the Governor, by proclamation, declares the housing emergency to be at an end. Thereafter no Authority shall have power to acquire any additional real property and shall proceed to dispose of all real and personal property owned by it.
