§ 724.11. Conduct of election
Currentness
The election shall be conducted in accordance with the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L. 1333, No. 320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code,1 except that the time limits for advertisement of notice of the election may be waived as to the question.
