§ 721.16. Appropriations of Federal money
Currentness
The following Federal augmentation amounts, or as much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated to supplement the sum appropriated from Commonwealth revenues for general government operations of the Department of Environmental Resources:1
(1) The sum of $1,100,000 for the Safe Drinking Water Act for implementation of the Safe Drinking Water Program.
(2) The sum of $100,000 for the Safe Drinking Water Act for administration in support of the Safe Drinking Water Program.
