§ 6026.308. Appealable actions
Currentness
Decisions by the department involving the reports and evaluations required under this chapter shall be considered appealable actions under the act of July 13, 1988 (P.L. 530, No. 94),1 known as the Environmental Hearing Board Act.

Credits
