§ 6020.1302. Studies
Currentness
The Department of Commerce1 shall within one year of the effective date of this act complete a study to investigate the use of the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority, the Pennsylvania Economic Revitalization Fund and other economic development grants and loans to encourage the reuse, recycling, recovery, minimization and treatment which results in detoxification of hazardous waste.
