§ 1590.6. Tenure and compensation of members of Authority
The members, who are appointed, shall serve for the duration of the existence of the Authority, as hereinafter provided. Vacancies shall be promptly filled by the appointing power. A member shall receive no compensation for his services, but shall be entitled to the necessary expenses, including traveling expenses, incurred in the discharge of his duties.
