§ 7409. Funding
Currentness
Funding for this program shall come from the State Lottery Fund and shall be an eligible use for lottery funds, the provisions of sections 2, 6 and 12 of the act of August 26, 1971 (P.L. 351, No. 91), known as the State Lottery Law,1 notwithstanding.
