§ 5702.2102. Effective date
Currentness
This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) Sections 302, 307, 308 and 3091 shall take effect 15 days following the date of publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin of the notice required under section 301(4).2
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect immediately.
