§ 2377. Maintenance of childrens' homes
Currentness
When any property has been given or granted to any such county for a childrens' home and a home is duly established, the county may thereafter appropriate from the county funds moneys for the support and maintenance of such orphans and children, and for the payment of the salary of the superintendent and his assistants.
