§ 751.18. Appropriations
Currentness
(a) Appropriation.--The sum of $500,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority as a continuing appropriation to carry out the provisions of this act. This appropriation shall lapse June 30, 1989.
(b) Continuing appropriation.--The General Assembly hereby appropriates on a continuing basis to the authority funds as authorized by section 51 in order to carry out the purposes of this act, including the payment of the administrative expenses of the authority.
