§ 1181. Commissioner of state police to appoint assistants; rules and regulations
(a) The Commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police may appoint and remove the chief of the fire department of any county, city, borough, town, or township or individual citizens as assistants to the department, and, when so appointed, shall be subject to the obligations imposed by this act and to the authority of the Pennsylvania State Police.
(b), (c) Repealed by 1998, Feb. 11, P.L. 58, No. 15, § 13, effective in 60 days.
