§ 421. Establishment; name
A State hospital center is hereby established, to be known as the Elizabethtown Hospital for Children and Youth to provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for children and youth under age twenty-one with physical and neuro-developmental disabilities amenable to medical, surgical and rehabilitative treatment.
