§ 6700-603. Investigations and proceedings
Currentness
The Secretary of Health or the Attorney General shall initiate any disciplinary investigations and proceedings for violation of this act and the Secretary of Health shall suspend, revoke, or impose probationary conditions upon any registrant violating this act.
