§ 3703. Cost and expense
Currentness
For the purpose of defraying the cost and expense of establishing said lot and block system, the commissioners may use current tax revenue or may issue general obligation bonds in such amounts as are necessary and in such manner as provided by the Municipal Borrowing Law.1
